1. To allocate screen time to your children tap ‘Dashboard’ on the ScreenLimit app
2. Next tap the ‘Children’ tab
3. You will now see a list of your children showing how much time is remaining for each
4. To change the time tap the ‘set timer’ tab
5. Here you can set the time to a particular value, add a specific amount of time or subtract time.
6. Alternatively if your child has completed a task you can award the allocated time by clicking the reward icon directly above the cog icon.
7. You can now add time either by rewarding the child for completing a task as defined in the Plans section.
